Basic nav skills, a warmdown or warmup, explore the trail network - about 3 km.
4 loops, about 5 km, on/off trail, practice a variety of nav skills
4 round “sprint” tournament, about 5 km total distance. Enjoy spirited head-to-head navigating in small groups of 4. Initial seeding course puts you in brackets of 8. Try and win your bracket for prizes + awards! Counts for BAOC and North American sprint series. Be ready by 9:30!
